Cancellation policy

• Full refund of payment will be paid on reservations cancelled within 48 hours of receiving booking confirmation from Bantry Bay Villa.
• No refund for bookings and reservations made and paid within 48 hours of check-in.

Disclaimer / Indemnity

We welcome you to our establishment, and we hope that you will enjoy your stay with us. Please be careful when using our facilities, especially the swimming pool, fireplace, stairs, etc. and even more especially if you have young children.
It is important to be clear about our legal liability if something should go wrong during your stay. Bantry Bay Villa, its employees, or any person appointed by Bantry Bay Villa (“We”), will not be held liable for:

1) Any loss of, theft of, or damage to, your property, howsoever such loss or damage is caused, and whether or not such event is caused by our negligence; and,
2) Any injury or death, howsoever such injury or death is caused, and whether or not such event is caused by our negligence (“Claims”).

You, the undersigned, on behalf of yourself, your employer, your dependants, members of your party and your visitors (“You”), indemnify and will hold Bantry Bay Villa harmless against any Claims against Bantry Bay Villa.

You agree that the maximum liability of Bantry Bay Villa for any Claims will not exceed the value of the payments made to Bantry Bay Villa in respect of your current stay.

You undertake to abide by the rules of this establishment, to not cause any nuisance to fellow guests, and to be fully liable for any food, beverages or services consumed, any damage caused during your stay, and your account.
